Event Admission & Neighborhood Access for local residents.

Admission is free for everyone on Friday, August 1. For residents living in designated highly impacted areas, a limited number of event passes may be available for Saturday and Sunday.

The provided map outlines the specific streets in the neighborhood where Seafair will provide event admissions. If you live outside of these areas you will not be sent tickets.

Tickets include admission and access to the pits on all days.

Tickets requested before July 28 will be emailed by Tuesday July 29.

In addition, “Neighborhood Access” passes are also available to allow your vehicle passage through police street closures. This pass provides access to your residence but does not serve as a pass for street parking or grant you access to the festival.

Over a 6-week period beginning June 20, Seattle residents and visitors enjoy a whirlwind of family activities, cultural festivals, neighborhood parades, and sporting events. Seafair crescendos with the Alaska Airlines Torchlight Parade, a Fleet of Navy and Coast Guard ships, Unlimited H1 hydroplanes and the thunder of U.S. Navy Blue Angels soaring overhead at Seafair Weekend.

Thunder on the Water and in the Sky! Your Seafair Weekend favorites are back this year, along with exciting new event highlights. You can count on the hydroplane races to deliver turbine powered Unlimited Hydroplanes on Lake Washington competing to win the Apollo Mechanical Cup, and the Boeing Seafair Air Show to showcase gravity-defying aerobatic pilots, plus a range of special highlights entertaining Seafair Fans!

2025 Seafair Weekend Festival Highlights

AIR SHOW The US Navy Blue Angels are back and headlining the Boeing Seafair Air Show, along with the US Army Golden Knights parachute team, and F35A from the US Airforce and an F35B from the US Marine Corp. Truly an airshow not to miss!

CAR SHOW The Seafair Car Show presented by Dick’s will feature classic cars from the 1950’s, 1960’s, 1970’s and more. Located just north of 43rd Ave S on Lake Washington Boulevard on Saturday and Sunday

LIVE MUSIC We will showcase the US Navy and US Army rock bands on our stage in Genesee Park each day.

HYDROPLANE RACING The “Worlds Fastest Race Boats” from H1 Unlimited Hydroplanes and Vintage Hydroplanes return to Lake Washington.

EVENT SHUTTLE AND PARKING Seafair promotes the use of Light Rail and our Event Shuttle to minimize vehicle traffic in your neighborhood, as well as impact on the environment. The Seafair Event Shuttle provides convenient access between Sound Transit’s Columbia Station and Genesee Park. Paid parking is available across from Genesee Park Main Gate and can be purchased at Seafair.org and on-site.

BRIDGE AND PARK CLOSURES. Seafair will not be closing the I-90 Bridge for the Blue Angels Performance.  Seward Park will also be open throughout Seafair Weekend

REPORTING EMERGENCIES. The Seattle Police Department will provide officers dedicated to traffic and crowd control during this event from Friday, August 2 through Sunday, August 4. If you have an emergency, please call 911 and your call will be handled through emergency response channels. If you find vehicles parked illegally or observe other questionable activity directly related to the Seafair event, please call the Seattle Police Department at 206-625-5011
