Become an Exhibitor or Food Vendor at one or more of our Signature Events this summer and be part of the excitement and legacy of Seafair!

Available events:

  • Seafair 4th of July – July 4, 2025
  • Seafair Weekend Festival – August 1-3, 2025

Applications for Food Vendors will be accepted from January 20th through March 15th. All vendors will be notified of acceptance into the event by April 1st.

Applications for Exhibitors will be open January 20th – June 15th or until sold out.

2025 Exhibitor opportunities can include on-site exposure, sales rights, exhibit/booth space, sampling opportunities, signage, product distribution, mobile marketing activations, and demonstrations.

The exhibitor application deadline is June 15th, 2025 (or as space allows).

IMPORTANT: Please note, based on limited space, our events do NOT have availability for arts, crafts, commercial importers of misc. items for sale, henna, tabling of any kind, political promotion, etc.
