About The Event
The Kaiser Permanente Seafair Torchlight Run is making a celebratory return on Saturday, July 25, 2026. This fan favorite will once again fill the streets of Seattle as thousands of participants lace up their sneakers and race ahead of the iconic Alaska Airlines Seafair Torchlight Parade. The race will kick off at 6:00 PM, setting the stage for an unforgettable evening of family fun and entertainment.
Set against the stunning backdrop of the revitalized Seattle Waterfront, the all-new race route offers runners a unique chance to experience downtown like never before. Open to runners of all experience levels, the Torchlight Run is perfect for seasoned athletes, casual joggers, first-timers, and families looking to enjoy the summer spirit of Seafair.
Once you cross the finish line, the celebration doesn’t stop. Stick around for the Alaska Airlines Seafair Torchlight Parade, beginning at 7:30 PM, and enjoy live entertainment, music, and vibrant Seattle energy as the city comes together in celebration.

Day Before Race Packet Pickup
All participants are encouraged to pick up their race packets and swag at Brooks Trailhead. Help us avoid the lines on race day and pick up your race packets early. You’re welcome to pick up your friends/families packets as well, all you need is their name!

If you still need to register, you will be able to do so up until the start of the event.

Event Parking
Parking for the event will be located throughout Downtown Seattle streets. We suggest the lower Queen Anne neighborhood (use the Thomas Street Pedestrian overpass).
We encourage you to park east of Western Ave/1st Ave—on the city side, not the waterfront side. The streets on the west will be inaccessible and blockaded by police prior to the race and until well after the Torchlight Parade ends.
Please be sure to read street signs and follow all parking guidance. There are also plenty of parking garages to utilize in the downtown area.

Listed prices are inclusive of all required taxes, including local and state admissions or parking taxes, where applicable.
