  • Seafair Weekend Festival – July 31 – August 2, 2026

Exhibitors

Exhibitor applications will be open January 20, 2026 and close June 15, 2026 – or until sold out.

2026 Exhibitor opportunities can include on-site exposure, sales rights, exhibit/booth space, sampling opportunities, signage, product distribution, mobile marketing activations, and demonstrations.

IMPORTANT: Please note, based on limited space, our events do NOT have availability for arts, crafts, commercial importers of misc. items for sale, henna, tabling of any kind, political promotion, etc.

Food Vendors

Applications will go live Feb 1, 2026 and close April 1, 2026. All vendors will be notified of acceptance into the event by April 15, 2026.

• 10×10 Specialty Items Food Vendor (5 or less items) COST: $1,250 + 15% of sales
• 20×20 Restaurant Style Food Vendor (no item limit) COST: $2,500 + 15% of sales

Seafair Weekend Festival – July 31st – August 2nd @ Genesee Park
*All items are reviewed by the jury committee with the possibility Seafair will request you modify or remove items.

Selection Process:
The jury committee will review your application based on the menu, pricing, quality of product, space available (limited), and festival vending experience. You will be notified by April 1st of the jury’s decision. There is no application fee. Once accepted, additional operational information will be sent to you as well as the contract for review and signature. A signed contract will be required for official acceptance.

Health Department Permits:
It is the vendors’ responsibility to acquire all needed Country and State permits.

Insurance:
Seafair partners are REQUIRED to provide Seafair a certificate of insurance with a minimum of $1 million in liability coverage, listing Seafair Charitable Foundation and City of Seattle as additionally insured.
