Exhibitors

2026 Exhibitor opportunities can include on-site exposure, sales rights, exhibit/booth space, sampling opportunities, signage, product distribution, mobile marketing activations, and demonstrations.

IMPORTANT: Please note, based on limited space, our events do NOT have availability for arts, crafts, commercial importers of misc. items for sale, henna, tabling of any kind, political promotion, etc.

Food Vendors

Food Vendor applications are now closed. All vendors will be notified of acceptance into the event(s) by April 15, 2026.

Why become a food vendor?

The vendor application deadline is April 1, 2026 (or as space allows).

*All items are reviewed by the jury committee with the possibility Seafair will request you modify or remove items.

Selection Process:
The jury committee will review your application based on the menu, pricing, quality of product, space available (limited), and festival vending experience. You will be notified by May 1st of the jury’s decision. There is no application fee. Once accepted, additional operational information will be sent to you as well as the contract for review and signature. A signed contract will be required for official acceptance.

Health Department Permits:
It is the vendors’ responsibility to acquire all needed Country and State permits.

Insurance:
Seafair partners are REQUIRED to provide Seafair a certificate of insurance with a minimum of $1 million in liability coverage, listing Seafair Charitable Foundation and City of Seattle as additionally insured.
